I appreciate your "holding my hand" and leading me through what I had to do to make this sale complete. I was shocked every time we communicated that I actually reached you and if we didn't connect you'd text with an immediate reply that you'd call me as soon as ... . And you always did! Even when my questions were "trivial" or may have seemed "stupid" (LOL) you never refused me or made me feel "stupid". I appreciate more that you know, your keeping me posted as to things to focus on and deadlines that I needed to meet and the developments along the way with the buyer and the other entities that were involved.

Truly...If anyone was surprised that we met the very first closing deadline...it was I! I sure put a lot of long hours in and the last 3 days I got a total of about 6 hours sleep! Although I do my best to take care of myself...I must say that Dr Pepper and 5 hour energy drinks were my friends during that marathon run to the finish line!

I wasn't sure that everything was going to work out. I had plans to leave on vacation that very day. I met the closer and turned in my keys....picked up the last few items in the garage...locked the door and most importantly, I was on my way to Nashville for a few days of R&R within the next 3 hours! That most needed break was wonderful and so refreshing. Without a doubt...that would NOT have happened without your direction and guidance...every step of the way! For that most precious trait that you shared with me/us...I thank you!

I am positive that your career in Real Estate has been a good one because the effort and commitment that you show your customers puts you at the top of the word-of-mouth list...and we all know that is the MOST important sales tool a person can have!

I wanted to let you and Heritage Realty know what a pleasure it was working with Robin Homan on our recent real estate purchase transaction. I first worked with Robin in April of 2015 when we needed a rental property for my daughter to move into as she entered grad school. Not only did she work with me to search out and show us quite a few properties, she was very patient and helpful in working through the entire leasing process, including getting up in the middle of the night to meet us at the property to provide a key.

When we decided to consider purchasing a property, Robin was again very polite, professional and patient. She set us up on a website notification that let us know when properties in our criteria were available, but she also reached out to us directly when something that she thought we would be interested in came on to the market. She was very flexible in meeting with us to show properties at any time, and we could rely on her to give us her opinion and gather more information when it was needed. Once we decided on a property, Robin facilitated the transaction efficiently, setting us up as needed with home inspectors, settlement agents, contractors, etc., even though I requested a quick turnaround time from contract to closing. This was particularly helpful since I live out of the area and needed to rely on a local professional resource. Robin definitely fit our needs for that!
