I wanted to let you and Heritage Realty know what a pleasure it was working with Robin Homan on our recent real estate purchase transaction. I first worked with Robin in April of 2015 when we needed a rental property for my daughter to move into as she entered grad school. Not only did she work with me to search out and show us quite a few properties, she was very patient and helpful in working through the entire leasing process, including getting up in the middle of the night to meet us at the property to provide a key.
When we decided to consider purchasing a property, Robin was again very polite, professional and patient. She set us up on a website notification that let us know when properties in our criteria were available, but she also reached out to us directly when something that she thought we would be interested in came on to the market. She was very flexible in meeting with us to show properties at any time, and we could rely on her to give us her opinion and gather more information when it was needed. Once we decided on a property, Robin facilitated the transaction efficiently, setting us up as needed with home inspectors, settlement agents, contractors, etc., even though I requested a quick turnaround time from contract to closing. This was particularly helpful since I live out of the area and needed to rely on a local professional resource. Robin definitely fit our needs for that!
